If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, you have already heard that my son brought Covid home from school last week. He was fine when he went in, then a few hours in he just sort of crashed, apparently, and was sent home just after lunch with a fever. The cough that developed just before dinner sent us off to get him tested.
None of us were shocked when he came back positive. My husband and I followed very quickly after. So, for the past week, we've all been quarantined in our apartment and surviving on cough suppressants and toast.
Needless to say, not much has gotten done while we've been sick. We're on the mend now, but that foggy, fuzz-brained feeling of being sick is still hanging on (along with the cough, which my husband is SUPER over,) which is making it tough to get any writing done.
I don't think it's going to affect my release schedule much, but I haven't sat down with my calendar yet and really looked. I hope I can manage to sort through that next week, and I'll post my release schedule some time in the next couple of weeks, so you will all know what to expect.
Until then, I'm going to have some more tea and another nap. Being sick is exhausting!
